What's ahead for partners

Dear PilotCity Teachers & Schools,

We hope you had a restful holiday season and are returning with renewed vigor (or at least some inspiration to carry forward—and if not, reach out to us, and we'll help =)). We are ready to support you and your students in achieving success this school year with several updates, including our new success@pilotcity.com email (reach out anytime for assistance!), personalized sponsor landing links for your students, and more improvements we’ll share in the future.

We’ve been writing more (check out our blog) about topics of immediate interest and inspiration, from how we recruit employers to our vision for "sponsorships" for your students in the future and even imagining what a "Pilot City" might look like on Mars.

We’re happy to share that our product and capabilities have finally caught up with our vision after years of falling behind and treading water (as referenced by the 4 states of a team’s progress). Now, we are in the innovating stage. Teachers have asked us to deploy earlier in the school year, and thanks to improvements made after a full cycle of deployment (Summers), our vision for a "program management system" that fully delivers WBL (Work-Based Learning) programs paired with PBL (Project-Based Learning) is now within reach and increasingly confident.

It has been a patient exercise to crack the code of WBL while being bootstrapped and building the company with our alumni. We’re thrilled to share that we’ve largely overcome these infrastructural challenges. Now, we are moving onward to focus on success management, further refining WBL, and putting more of our ideas on paper (like this blog) to collaborate with others on shared interests.
